HR Operations & Contractor Management Specialist in Unitask

Position Overview

We are looking for an HR Operations / Contractor Management Specialist for our client InfinIT. InfinIT provides PEO and EOR services, recruitment, and dedicated teams for clients in Ukraine and abroad (including Poland and other countries)

Key Responsibilities

• Operational support of contractors under various engagement models

• End-to-end onboarding and offboarding of contractors

• Preparation, coordination, and signing of contracts and NDAs

• Maintaining contract registers and status tracking

• Invoice preparation and verification

• Reconciliation of hours, rates, partial periods

• Monitoring time tracking (working hours, vacations, sick leaves)

• Close collaboration with Finance, HR, clients, and external partners

• Coordination of accesses and work start

• Ensuring accurate and timely monthly close

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Contractor Management

• Hands-on experience with contractor onboarding and offboarding

• Experience working with contracts, NDAs, and addendums

• Understanding of invoicing processes, hour and rate reconciliation

• Experience collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams

• Confident user of Google Sheets / Excel

• Experience with time-tracking systems

• English – working proficiency (written and spoken)

• High level of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Self-sufficiency and ownership of operational processes

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with international contractors

• Knowledge of the Polish market or cooperation with business incubators

• Experience with EoR (Employer of Record) providers

• Knowledge of Polish or another European language
