What will you work on:

• Examination of primary documents during employment, transfer, dismissal and full documentary support;

• Regulation of employment and/or commercial relations, dismissal, transfer, management of personal affairs of employees;

• Time tabulation;

• Compilation and maintenance of staff list;

• Familiarization and consultation of employees with orders (admission, dismissal, transfer, vacations);

• Ensuring military records of conscripts and conscripts and reservation of conscripts by enterprise in peacetime and during the period of mobilization and wartime, consultation of employees;

Control of changes in personal data of employees, including conscripts;

• Interaction with the Recruitment and Social Support Centers, the Pension Fund and other state bodies;

• Preparation and submission of statistical reports;

• Development of internal regulations and procedures related to personnel and military accounting "from scratch";

• Solving issues with regulatory bodies.

What we expect:

• Experience of work in personnel service of 3 years or more, in companies with at least 100 people;

• Experience in preparing personnel documents in accordance with the labor legislation of Ukraine;

• Practical experience of keeping military records and booking employees at the enterprise;

• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine and legislation regulating issues of military registration, mobilization, reservation, etc.;

• Ability to work with documentation and analytical reports;

• Experience of working in Diya City conditions will be an advantage;

• There will be benefitshaving a certificate of a specialist in military accounting.
