Duties and Responsibilities
The HR Manager, under under the leadership of the project manager, will be involved in:
- Ensuring compliance with the personnel policy of the NGO "Tenth of April";
- Personnel recruitment procedures (recruiting);
- Personnel adaptations: training, provision of information, regarding the procedures and policies of the organization, performance evaluation, provision of effective support;
- Participation in the development of training programs, motivation and development of corporate culture and employees, development of regulations and documentation for work with personnel;
- Performing work on personnel accounting: hiring, transfers, dismissals and their support;
- Management of personnel records; /p>
- Administration of employee data
- Work with documents and reports.
- Interaction with the legal department and accounting.
List of the above duties is not exhaustive and includes other tasks from the head or project manager.
Qualification requirements:< /p>
- Higher education in the specialty: personnel management/ HR / business administration or related specialization.
- Experience of working as an HR manager/personnel field from 3 years.
- Desirable work experience in public organizations.
- Understanding of labor legislation and regulatory acts that regulate it.
- Excellent command of oral and written communication in English and Ukrainian.
- The candidate is expected to be willing to learn and adapt.
- Experience working with large volumes of data, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Needed skills:
- Analytical skills and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills and prudence in handling confidential information.
- Initiative and ability to make both independent decisions and work in a team to create solution strategies tasks.
- Stress resistance and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment with many important deadlines..
- Negotiation skills.
- Skills time management to analyze workload, prioritize and stay focused on specific tasks.
- Critical thinking to objectively analyze needs and benefits and find the best solution.
Position: The HR Manager will work in the project team in Odesa under the leadership of the project manager, office work.
