Your key tasks:
- Creation of a promotion strategy in social networks - development and strengthening of the employer brand in social networks;
- Content creation (photos, video) for social networks and website;
- Creation and development of the employer's page in TikTok - work with comments under posts;
- Support of the project of employer brand ambassadors;
- Development of the direction of the employer brand in the internal Multimarket of rewards (benefits cafeteria);
- Participation in the development of ideas and creatives for advertising vacancies.
It will be great for us to work together if you:
- You have an understanding of the mechanics and algorithms of social networks;
- You have basic video shooting and editing skills;
- You have experience working with social networks from 6 months;
- A basic understanding of marketing;
- You love be creative and shoot vivid videos;
- Aware of the latest trends in social networks - you understand what content "sticks";
- You know how to combine creativity with systematicity.
