In this position you will: conduct interviews together with technical specialists ; take feedback from the previous employer of the selected candidate; carry out the adaptation of newcomers for a more efficient and comfortable passing of the trial period; take part in the development and training the team's skills; conducting exit interviews; participating in personnel evaluations; reporting on the work performed. It is very important to us that you as a specialist: have experience of working with diverse positions from 6 months in the field of digital marketing; be interested in people in everything their diversity and was able to understand what is happening to a person even when he cannot figure it out himself; was able to ask the right questions to determine the most a suitable candidate for the team; was able to find an approach to different types of people; knew how to organize her work process so that the ratio of time spent to the result was the most optimal; possessed interviewing practices; was ready to listen and hear, develop, learn new things, help and share energy with colleagues.
