Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate has a high level of English proficiency, is 24 years or older, and has experience in HR or managing small teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Lead a small team, ensuring productivity and engagement.
• Develop and implement HR policies to enhance company culture.
• Handle conflict resolution and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

 Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
24+ years old.
Proven experience in HR or team management.
 Strong leadership and communication skills.
 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
