HR manager (remote) / Junior HR in Kompaniya Neoteh, TOV

We are expanding the team and are looking for an HR manager who wants to develop in the field of recruiting and working with people. We consider candidates with and without experience - we provide training and support at the start.

What you will do:

• Work with candidate reviews

• Primary communication (chat / calls)

• Conducting online interviews

• Supporting candidates at the stage adaptations

• Keeping simple recruitment reports

Everything is taught - there are step-by-step instructions and a mentor for the period of entering the position.

Our expectations:

• Desire to develop in the HR direction

• Confident use of PC and online services

• Responsibility and the ability to organize your working hours

• Communication and attention to detail

• Experience will be an advantage, but not required (we will teach)

We offer:

• Remote work format

• Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 a.m. to 19:00

• Fixed rate — 30,000 UAH + bonuses for the result (on average 36,000–46,000 UAH)
