Vacancy: HR manager, recruiter, recruitment manager

Skills :

- Experience in similar positions / experience in marketing and sales.

- Skills of working with Microsoft Office or CRM systems.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a personal contact database of potential candidates.

- Monitoring of search platforms to find new resumes from candidates.

- Communication with the candidate in a telephone format (presentation of the company, vacancies and consultation on the terms of cooperation with a subsequent invitation to a face-to-face interview).

- Conducting a face-to-face interview with the candidate, writing further feedback to management based on the results of the interview.

- Maintaining friendly and positive relations with the candidate while his adaptation period lasts.

Conditions :

-Schedule Mon-Fri, 10-19.00. One hour lunch and breaks during the day.

-Availability of a fixed rate from UAH 32,000 to 40,000 (depending on work experience, agreed immediately at the interview)

-In addition to the rate, there is a bonus system (from UAH 2,500 to UAH 5,000) for each candidate who started cooperation with the company.
