HR Manager, Recruiter in GLAZE

The company "Glaze" is a successful company. We work with large international clients. In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for Personnel manager, Recruiter.

Duties:

- Search, selection and attraction of qualified candidates for vacancies in the company;

- Work through the cold database of candidates and bring them to the interview;

- Conducting phone interviews with candidates;

- Conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates;

- Closing vacancies and you will help newcomers adapt to the company;

Requirements:

- High communication skills and the ability to establish long-term relationships with candidates;

- Ability to work with a large amount of information and be attentive to details;

- Ability to work in a team and achieve set goals;

- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to persuade.

Terms:

- ZP is always paid on time and infull amount, 2 times a month;

- Convenient working hours from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or from 15-00 - 20-00 (2 weekends in the middle of the week to choose from) ;
