Experience in recruiting is a must! Education does not matter!

Working conditions:
- Schedule 5/2, working day from 9:00 to 18:00
- Remote work!
- Salary: fixed 20,000 hryvnias for the first 2 months, then + % for quantity
- Timely weekly payments
- Training and support at the beginning of work

Responsibilities:
- Active search and selection of a large number of employees for work positions (posting vacancies on sites, processing incoming feedback, calling candidates, conducting telephone interviews, recording candidates for interviews)
- Maintaining the candidate database and maintaining its relevance
- Reporting on the results of the selection (maintenance of downtime reporting)

Requirements:
- Execute the employee recruitment plan
- Competent oral and written language
