In connection with the development of one of the key areas of the company, we are inviting a Recruiter to the team, who will be able not only to close vacancies, but also to join the development of the team.
vacanciesAnalysis of the labor market, consultation of managers on hiring strategy
Participation in the development of employer brand
Participation in the processes of adaptation and internal training (if experience is available)
Additional focus (advantage):
Participation in the development of the direction of corporate training
Help in the adaptation of new employees
Participation in the formation of internal training programs for technical teams
Our expectations:
Experience in recruiting (from 1-2 years)
Experience in the selection of technical or B2B positions will be an advantage
Experience in corporate training or personnel adaptation is a plus
Ability to work with various search channels
Systematic, responsible and proactive
Good communication skills
