HR manager/recruiter in biopharma - imunobiologichna farmacevtichna kompaniya

Biopharma Plasma is a Ukrainian pharmaceutical company with production sites in several regions of Ukraine. In connection with the development of the team, we are looking for a HR manager to work in Bila Tserkva with a focus on recruiting and training administration.

What will be in your area of responsibilitythe

• full cycle of recruiting: from the creation of a vacancy profile to the exit of a candidate for a job;

• active interaction with department heads (production, warehouse, laboratories, office);

• conducting interviews and assessing not only experience, but also personal competencies;

• preparation of HR conclusions, recommendations and approval of candidates;

• organization of the process of new employees entering the workforce and their initial adaptation;

• administration of internal and external training personnel;

• participation in the organization of corporate events and internal HR activities.

This role will suit you if you:

• have experience in HR / recruiting;

• understand the full cycle of HR processes;

• can work with several vacancies at the same time and do not get lost in load;

• easily finds a common language with people;

• structural, responsible and independent at work;

• loves order in processes, but is not indifferent to people.
