Responsibilities:

• full cycle of recruiting (search and selection, managing the candidate database, conducting interviews, creating job offers);
• adaptation of personnel (drafting adaptation plans for new employees, support and control of internships, obtaining feedback from process participants);
• support and development of corporate culture;
• Support of corporate climate and development of a positive working atmosphere.
