Hr manager (recruiter) in Vartis, TOV

VARTIS is one of the largest metal suppliers in Ukraine. More than 20 years on the market, a leader in the supply of rolled metal. We have our own production and 55+ metal centers throughout the country. In order to improve customer service and expand the customer base, we are looking for a personnel manager.

Purpose of the role

Ensure the timely availability of the necessary personnel (mainly labor vacancies) for smooth operation of the warehouse, production and logistics.

Main tasks

• mass recruitment of workers;
• reception and clarification of applications for selection from department heads;
• searching for candidates through various channels (online and offline);
• initial screening and conducting interviews;
• coordination of the candidate's exit to work;
• support of new employees during the adaptation period;
• search and testing of effective engagement channels;
• partial HR administration within the role.

Expected result

• vacancies are closed in the agreed terms;
• stable flow of relevant candidates;
• department heads are satisfied with the quality of selection;
• new employees undergo a probationary period.

Requirements

• work experience in personnel selection from 1 year;
• experience of mass selection of labor vacancies;
• skills of conducting interviews and working with a large number of candidates;
• ability to work with job sites and candidate databases;
• confident use of Excel / Google Sheets.

Preferred:

• experience with ATS / CRM;
• understanding of the labor market.
