Purpose of the role
Ensure the timely availability of the necessary personnel (mainly labor vacancies) for smooth operation of the warehouse, production and logistics.
Main tasks

mass recruitment of workers;
-
reception and clarification of applications for selection from department heads;
-
searching for candidates through various channels (online and offline);
- initial screening and conducting interviews;
-
coordination of the candidate's exit to work;
-
support of new employees during the adaptation period;
-
search and testing of effective engagement channels;
- partial HR administration within the role.
Expected result
-
vacancies are closed in the agreed terms;
-
stable flow of relevant candidates;
-
department heads are satisfied with the quality of selection;
-
new employees undergo a probationary period.
Requirements
-
work experience in personnel selection from 1 year;
-
experience of mass selection of labor vacancies;
-
skills of conducting interviews and working with a large number of candidates;
-
ability to work with job sites and candidate databases;
-
confident use of Excel / Google Sheets.
Preferred:

experience with ATS / CRM;
-
understanding of the labor market.
