• Searching for and attracting candidates;
• Qualitative and timely closure of vacancies;
• Organization and interviewing and accompaniment of the candidate throughout the recruitment cycle; candidates;
• formation of personnel reserve;
• support of the process of adaptation of new employees;
• providing regular reports on the recruiting process and selection results;
• introduction of new technologies and approaches to optimize the process of recruitment; 

Candidate we see in this position:

successful experience in recruitment from 2 years (experience in working in pharma of companies will be an advantage);  
• Effective communication and negotiation skills;
• high level of professional responsibility and self -organization;  
• Knowledge of staff search tools;
