• Personnel Selection (first priority): full recruiting cycle-search, selection, interviews, candidate recommendations, work with universities
• Adaptation and onboarding of new employees < /
• Personnel Development
• Motivation and involvement
• Assessment of staff efficiency
• Internal HR Procedure

we expect:

• Experience on HR-Manager's Position 2 years old.
• Experience with a full cycle adaptations, motivations, assessments and development of employees.
• High level of communication skills and ability to find an approach to employees of different direction.
• Orientation on the result, ability to make decisions quickly and adapt to changes. li>
