The Snack Production company is the largest national association of trade and production enterprises (TM Flint, Khutorok, Morski, San Sanich, Big Bob, Chipster's, Zeffir), which maintains the leadership in its segment and successfully conducts its activities in Ukraine and abroad, invites to its teampersonnel manager for production.

What candidate are we looking for ?

• Previous work experience as a recruiter, personnel manager from the 1st year - will be an advantage (mass selection is desirable).
• Knowledge of modern personnel search methods, understanding of the labor market situation in the region.
• Confidence in using a PC (MS Office), 1C is desirable.< /li>
• Resistance to stress, initiative, sociability, multitasking.

What should be done?

• Search and selection of candidates for open vacancies of various levels.
• Monitoring of the employment market.
• Organization and conducting of interviews.
• Development and implementation of new channels for attracting candidates.
• Formation of the company's personnel reserve.
• Organization of timely documentation of personnel, which includes the timesheet time.
• Preparation of reports on completed tasks.
