Tasks:

• responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from the telephone interview to interviews;
• adaptation of employees;
• placement of vacancies on job sites and selection of effective search sources;
• management of the candidate database, (forming reserve);
• use of alternative sources of personnel search, a creative approach to the search for candidates.
