We invite a HR Manager to join our large and friendly ALEF team.

• ability to work with job sites.

Tasks:

• search for personnel (responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from the telephone interview to the interview;
• adaptation of employees;
• placing vacancies on job sites and selecting effective search sources;
• management of the database of candidates, (formation of the reserve);
• use of alternative sources of personnel search, creative approach to candidate search.
