Main duties:

• Carrying out the process of selection, hiring and adaptation of new employees (80% of the work of this position)
• Assessment, adaptation and development of personnel.
• Monitoring and improvement of the system of motivation, rewards and compensations.
• li>Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies.
• Development and implementation of measures to improve corporate culture.
• Manage conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to work with search sites and various social networks. recruitment networks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High level of responsibility and result orientation.
• Ability to work in a team and find an approach to different types personalities.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel management practices.
