Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of talent attraction and retention strategies.
• Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates and recruiting for various positions.
• Creating and maintaining a positive image of the company as an employer through participation in events and job fairs.
• Active participation in the formation of corporate culture and initiatives to improve internal communication.
• Reporting and analysis of personnel data to optimize HR- processes.
