HR manager, personnel manager in TOKA

BLS Group of Companies, a leader among national car rental operators and the First national network of publicly available charging stations for electric cars in Ukraine (https://bls.ua/, https://toka.energy) announces a competition for the position of Recruitment Specialist. 

KEY TASKS

• Audit of current HR processes in the company and development of a plan of measures for their improvement
• Conducting effective recruiting and selection of personnel - from 1 to 5 vacancies per month
• Implementation of onboarding and adaptation programs of new employees for quick integration into the team and successful work

• Participation and initiation of changes in the remuneration system, employee motivation
  Management personnel administration (up to 40 employees);
• Organization of corporate events

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Work experience in a similar position for 2 years or more (related to personnel selection);
• Experience in keeping personnel records (admissions, dismissals, vacations, etc.);
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine;
• Communication and presentation skills at a high level;
• Orientation on quality and results;
• Organization and a high level of responsibility;
