We are currently looking for a HR manager (People Partner)

An expert in the field of adaptation who helps newcomers to feel part of the team from the very first days;
You master organizational skills, unite and make the team fall in love with you;

In our team you will have the opportunity to:
Implement adaptation programs for new employees, aimed at their effective introduction into the work process;
Working in the ELMS system for organizing training and monitoring the statistics of training by employees.
Assist our team in solving administrative issues, advise on internal policies and traditions;
Coordinate compliance with these processes on the production site and in the office;
li>Implement mentoring systems and coordinate them;
Conduct regular 1to1, find an individual approach to each employee, determine what motivates and demotivates him and look for the best maintenance and support tools;
Monitor the effectiveness of development and adaptation programs and make adjustments in accordance with company needs and market trends;
Implement automation tools in personnel adaptation processes;
Participate in promoting the internal and external brand of the employer, participation in the implementation of internal HR projects.
