We are currently looking for a HR manager (People Partner)

in our already large team us, you will be able to fully reveal your potential if you:

• An expert in the field of adaptation who helps newcomers to feel part of the team from the very first days;

• You master organizational skills, unite and make the team fall in love with you;

In our team you will have the opportunity to:

Implement adaptation programs for new employees, aimed at their effective introduction into the work process;

• Working in the ELMS system for organizing training and monitoring the statistics of training by employees.

• Assist our team in solving administrative issues, advise on internal policies and traditions;

• Coordinate compliance with these processes on the production site and in the office;

• Implement mentoring systems and coordinate them;

• Conduct regular 1to1, find an individual approach to each employee, determine what motivates and demotivates him and look for the best maintenance and support tools;

• Monitor the effectiveness of development and adaptation programs and make adjustments in accordance with company needs and market trends;

• Implement automation tools in personnel adaptation processes;

• Participate in promoting the internal and external brand of the employer, participation in the implementation of internal HR projects.
