The Defense Procurement Agency is looking for a manager or managers to lead the motivation and compensation sector.

"Defense Procurement Agency" of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is a national agency responsible for centralized arms procurement , military equipment and dual-use goods for the needs of the Armed Forces. Our goal is to transform the defense procurement system to more efficiently purchase weapons and strengthen the capabilities of the Armed Forces on the battlefield. 

What you will need to do:

• Analyze the labor market and create attractive and fair employee compensation systems;

• Develop and, with the joint efforts of a team of specialists, implement a staff motivation and compensation strategy;

• Prescribe regulatory documents for the subdivision;

• Organizes research, forecasting and need determination work section;

• Implementation of the developed strategy;

• To create a system of values ​​that unites and inspires everyone.

• Experience in the development and implementation of employee motivation and compensation systems;

• Experience working with large volumes of data;

• Writing Experience normative and regulatory documents;
