In connection with the expansion, we invite to our friendly team a Human Resources Inspector (HR) Functional duties: - Implementation of personnel administration in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine (recruitment, transfer, dismissal of employees);-Keeping records of employment contracts;-Formation and storage of personal files of employees in accordance with the requirements of the law, making changes in them in a timely manner;-Maintenance of the P-2 employee card; employees;-Development of job instructions;-Maintenance of timesheets;-Compilation of vacation schedule, record keeping and provision;-Issue and accounting of issuance of employment certificates to employees;-Implementation of personnel management projects;-Compilation of internal personnel reporting;- Consulting the Company's employees on issues of labor legislation; - Search and recruitment of personnel.
