Your Responsibilities:

• Conducting the full cycle of recruiting: from finding candidates to onboarding new employees.
• Determining personnel needs together with department heads.
• Developing and implementing programs for adaptation, training and development employees.
• Organization of corporate culture: event planning, support of team spirit.
• Maintenance of personnel documentation and ensuring compliance with labor legislation.
• Collection and analysis of feedback from the team to improve HR processes.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Experience as an HR manager in an IT company from 2 years.
• Owning modern methods of personnel search and evaluation.
• Understanding the specifics of the IT market and the needs of technical specialists.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, initiative.< /li>
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine.
• English language at Upper-Intermediate level and above.
