Responsibilities:
- Conducting a full cycle (search, evaluation, interviews, recommendations) of personnel selection for the energy sector, including technical positions (engineers, technicians);
- Candidate evaluation taking into account the specifics of the energy industry (technical knowledge, safety, compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents);
- Organization of the adaptation process for new employees;
- Ensuring the management of personnel documents and maintaining documentation in compliance with industry standards;
- Management of personnel documents and HR administration;
- Organization of educational programs and trainings for employees (as needed);
- Providing advice and support to employees on issues related to labor relations;
Requirements:
- Experience in the position of HR manager from 3 years;
- Knowledge of the specifics of recruiting for engineering and technical specialties;
- Excellent communication and management skills relations with employees at all levels;
- High level of organization, responsibility and analytical thinking;
- Knowledge of programs for personnel management and experience working with websites robota ua, work ua, LinkedIn;
- Work in the office (Klovska)
