HR manager in a restaurant chain (center) in Take Five Hospitality Group

A chain of restaurants and hotels with hospitality in their hearts and care in their actions «Take Five Hospitality Group» is looking for a HR manager in its team.

What will you do:

• Organization of work and management of the recruitment department;
• Organization of search and recruitment for the position of operational function , office positions, search for top managers, search for line personnel;
• Closing company vacancies using modern search sources;
• Supporting candidates during the adaptation period;
• Monitoring and labor market analysis;
• Compilation of staff schedules and formation of motivations;
• Maintenance of reports and candidate databases.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

• Higher education;
• Hospitalityand recruiting/recruiting experiencefrom 2 years old;
• A confident user of MS Office;
• Initiative, desire for development;
• Ability to make decisions.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: 5/2 (weekend: Saturday and Sunday)
• Working hours: from 11:00 to 18:00
• Motivation: rate 30,000 UAH
