We are currently looking for a HR manager who shares our values and would do what we love with us.

What skills are required to join the team:

• experience in HR from 2 years;
• understanding of modern search and recruitment tools;
• knowledge assessment, adaptation, motivation of personnel;
• availability of managerial qualities;
• understanding what multitasking is and the ability to work in it;
• competent written and oral communication;
• communicativeness, high self-organization, responsibility, focus on professional development;
• readiness for business trips.

What tasks will you face:

• manage the personnel department (1 recruiter);
• manage the recruitment process;
• be the main point of communication between the owner,

  department heads, employees;

• work on the adaptation of the new of personnel;
• to analyze problematic situations in the team, conflicts, dissatisfaction, requests;
• to work with staff turnover (causes, solutions, prevention);
• to improve existing motivation systems;
• to communicate and fix tasks in CRM;
• to organize training / development of personnel;
• to update and implement (adaptive checklists,

  regulations, basic HR processes).
