Your role and value:
We invite to the team HR Business Partner (Direction of the Contact Center) - a strategic partner and expert who will become a key link between business and personnel management.
In this position, you will directly influence the development of the company's human capital, form a healthy culture and support leadership in making informed decisions.
The following interesting tasks await you:
- Strategic HR-partnership: consulting management and line managers on all HR-issues, labor market analysis, forecasting business needs, supporting teams in matters of development, building career tracks and resolving conflict situations.
- Management and development of personnel: full cycle of employee development — recruitment, adaptation, assessment, building of individual development plans, support of educational programs and key talent retention measures.
- Management of labor relations: effective and objective resolution of difficult situations, conduct of official investigations, maintenance of a healthy climate in teams.
- Legal compliance: control of compliance with labor legislation and internal policies, minimization of legal risks, ensuring the correctness of documentary processes.
- Compensation and benefits: coordination of job evaluation processes, coordination of salary offers, consulting managers on compensation packages.
- Support of HR processes: support of employees when returning to work after a long break (abortion, demobilization), coordination of hiring and firing processes, updating organizational structures.
- Analytics and optimization: work with internal and official inquiries, preparation of HR reports, participation in optimization processes, automation and transformation initiatives.
Our expectations from the candidate:
- Experience of 3 years in the position of HRBP or HR Manager, preferably in large companies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to solve non-standard and complex situations.
- Knowledge of HR analytics, ability to work with metrics and reports.
- Understanding budgeting processes and HR cost management.
- Proficient use of MS Office and an advanced level of Excel (pivotal tables, formulas, analytical tools).
- Energy, ambition, proactivity and desire to influence the development of HR.
- Additional experience of working with organizational structures and workforce planning, participation in transformational projects, Mrand working with technical teams and supporting multiple areas at the same time.
