Functional duties duties:

• Selection of personnel for vacant store positions;
• Maintenance of primary personnel office management;
• Training and adaptation of employees;
• Organization of motivational events at the store.

Main requirements for the candidate:

• Experience jobs in HR (mass recruitment, training, personnel administration) will be an advantage;
• Experience in Retail will be an advantage;
• Active life position, ability to work in multitasking conditions, high level of self-organization;
• Mobility.
