About us:

"Motomania" is the official representative of world motorcycle brands in Ukraine, such as KTM, HUSQVARNA, GASGAS, BAJAJ, SYM. We are a young team of professionals who do not just sell motorcycle equipment and accessories, but create a whole motorcycle culture. 

We are looking, which will help us find talented people who share our desire to build a motorcycle Ukraine.

We are looking for:
< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">HR manager who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in a similar position.

• Understands how LinkedIn works and can set up and effectively manage our employer profile.

• Has a high level of English (Upper-Intermediate and above).

• Will participate in the formation of corporate culture and maintain an atmosphere of drive and development.

Tasks:

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment: from creating a job profile to onboarding new employees.

• Develop HR strategy together with management.

• Set up and promote the employer profile on LinkedIn. Create and maintain a positive image of the company as an employer

• Organize corporate eventsand develop internal communication.

• Provide comfortable conditions for the development of our employees.

• Schedule: MON - FRI (9.00 - 18.00)
