Main duties: Keeping full personnel records of 1 legal entity (up to 60 employees) and 1 sole proprietorship ( up to 10 employees). Issuance of business trips (entering and carrying out orders in the 1C program, registration in the "Journal of orders from business trips"). Scanning and uploading of employee work books to the PFU electronic portal. Conducting phone interviews. Onboarding (adaptation) of new employees. Active participation in various HR projects. Requirements for pre-candidates: Higher education. Work skills from 1 year in 1C 8, Excel, Word programs; Willingness to learn and develop in personnel administration and HR direction.
