In this regard, we are expanding the staff and looking for an HR manager in the team. What tasks await you: searching for employees according to business requests (brand managers, sales managers, ZED, financiers and others) analysis of the labor market and wages, adaptation of hired employees, participation in the processes of off-boarding, training evaluation, organization of corporate events, performance management, internal communication, administration of health insurance for employees, participation in the construction of HR processes and HR projects. We are looking for a person who is in love with HR, loves recruitment and full of ideas for the development of other HR functions. If you have successful experience in personnel selection (no selection), you are the candidate. If you have experience working with other functions, this is an additional plus.
