- Conduct recruitment processes, including candidate selection, interviews and decision-making regarding employment;

- Organize and conduct trainings and education for the purpose of improving staff qualifications;

- Develop and implement a policy of motivation and stimulation personnel;

- Monitor the performance of employees' work duties;
