Main tasks< strong>HRa will:

1. Implementation of the recruitment plan (sales manager, group leaders, logisticians, brokers, etc.), evaluate candidates ;
2. Manage the adaptation process;
3. Work with the involvement and burnout of the team and individual specialists;
4. Manage corporate culture and communications;
5. Accept participation in the formation and development of the HR brand;
6. Manage changes and implement HR projects;
7. Automate HR processes;
8. Keep reports, analyze indicators, work on continuous improvement indicators;
9. Responsible for the administrative function, office life, etc.;
    
   Expectations from candidates:
   - Experience in the position of HR from 2 years ;
   - Knowledge of the principles of building the HR function: headcount planning, recruiting, onboarding, training, evaluation, corporate culture;
   - Analytical mind and the ability to build an HR analytics system. 
   - Knowledge of personnel administration (but ready to teach), ability to work in 1C.
   - Life activity and optimism are very important!
