We are looking for a single Hr-manager, recruiter with 1 year of work experience to work in our food delivery company.
It is important for us:

•    higher education

•  1 year of experience in recruitment

•  knowledge of the search and recruitment algorithm

•  experience of conducting interviews with candidates

Functional responsibilities:

•    organization of the full cycle of search and selection of personnel (compilation of the description of the position profile, placement of an advertisement, selection and search of personnel, screening of resumes, conducting of initial telephone interviews organization and conducting final interviews with the manager);

•  high-quality and timely closing of vacancies;

•  formation of weekly reporting for the manager;

•    work with staff involvement and motivation;

•    work with current staff
