HR manager in Baushpar, TOV

Baushpar company is looking for a qualified HR manager to fill vacant positions.

We we specialize in the production and sale of high-quality concrete and bulk building materials and have our own production in the city of Uzhhorod.

As an HR manager (recruiter), you will be responsible for studying, developing and implementing strategies for attracting and selecting promising candidates for various vacancies in our company. You will work in close cooperation with management and ensure that the company's divisions are provided with qualified and talented employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Study of company needs and development of strategies for attracting promising candidates;
• < font style="vertical-align: inherit;">Conducting an active search for talented candidates on the labor market;
• < font style="vertical-align: inherit;">Creating vacancy texts and placing them on various recruiting platforms;
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;
• Preparation of documentation regarding employees;
• Ensuring the effective introduction of new employees to the company and tracking the stages of development and adaptation;
• < font style="vertical-align: inherit;">Maintaining a database of potential candidates.

Requirements:< /font>

• Experience in the HR sphere from 1 year;
• High communication and interview skills;< /font>
• Knowledge of recruiting techniques and methods;
• Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level or above will be an advantage;
• Ability to work in a team and plan your hours effectively;
• High level of responsibility and professionalism.

Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 09.00 to 18.00
