We are looking for a HR Manager to join the friendly team of the dynamic company of the ATHLETICS Retail Network.

What we expect from you:

• High level of communication and self-organization, positive attitude, attention to detail, responsibility, ability to learn quickly, task-oriented, ability to work in a team and multitask mode, need to help and love people!
• Higher professional education, preferably completed
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language(oral and written)
• Work experience from 1 year as a personnel manager, recruiter.
• Experience in recruiting, mastering search and assessment methods and tools

• High level of computer literacy and social activity

What to do:

• Search for specialists who love their work and are potential for development according to the needs of office vacancies (search, phone interviews, interviews)
• Organize and accompany Adaptation and Staff Evaluation
• Participate in training personnel reserve
• Interact with the heads of the company's structural divisions regarding personnel selection and development
• Consolidate information, form a database in the internal system
• Consolidate and form reports

• Monitor the labor market
• Be involved in corporate events, activities and accompany them
