HR generalist

Tasks:

• Recruiting: (closing vacancies, working with personnel search channels, interaction with educational institutions, etc.);
• Entering personnel records; ?
training, assessment and development of employees, work systems with personnel reserve;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the current organizational structure of the enterprise and development of proposals for its change;
• Analysis of effectiveness, development and implementation of personnel motivation systems ( tangible and intangible);
• Labor market monitoring;
• Development of corporate culture of the enterprise (development and implementation of measures aimed at increasing employee engagement, monitoring their efficiency);
• Organization of team-building corporate events;
• Work with internal and external HR-brand;
• Interaction with heads of departments and their coordination on HR-process issues;
• Evaluation of moral -psychological atmosphere in units;
• Automation of key HR processes;
• Development of policies and procedures regulating HR processes of the enterprise;
• Planning and analysis of the use of the HR budget subdivision

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience of 3 years in the HR function
• Understanding of all HR processes
• Proactive position, flexibility in communications, initiative and creative approach to solving tasks.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze, argue one's point of view, predict risks
• Ability to work in multitasking mode
