Growex — Agro Digital Holding is considering candidates for the position of RECRUITER, in the future PERSONNEL MANAGER.

Requirements:

• work experience in the position of a recruiter desired (willing to teach)
• or work experience in the position of administrator, secretary
• pleasant appearance

• willingness to learn quickly and desire for new knowledge
• active user of social networks, creativity
• responsibility and stress resistance

Working conditions:

• Five-day work schedule, from 09:00 to 18:00, Sat - Sun weekend
• Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days to work in the office in the city Pervomaisk str. Vyhovsky 4 a, other days work from home)
• We provide a laptop and a phone, there is access to all necessary programs
• Vacation - 2 times a year
• Timely and decent salary payment (rate + CRI)

Responsibilities:

• Accepting from the customer an application for the search and selection of employees needed by the customer
• Formulation of requirements for candidates
• Compilation of a description of the vacant position and characteristics of the required employees
• Posting of vacancies on work.ua rabota websites and other possible search platforms personnel.
• Search for relevant candidates
• Organization of a customer meeting with selected candidates and, if necessary, participation in them.
• Active participation in the adaptation process of newcomers

• Participation in the development of job instructions.
• Familiarization of staff with job instructions.
• Organization and participation in corporate events
• Interaction with the heads of all structural divisions
• Active participation in the life activities of all personnel.
