- Experience in the role of HR from 2 years in the field of IT

- Experience in the development and implementation of HR processes and best practices for the team

- Developed emotional intelligence, empathy, the ability to listen and support

- Proactivity and initiative in work

- Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level.

✅ What you will work with:

- Support for the work of the Kyiv office (possible flexibly mix work remotely and in the office)

- HR Event management (preparation of corporate gifts and merch, organization of holidays)

- Complete employee life-cycle management — onboarding, retention, support and off-boarding

- Learning & Development (organization and control of internal and external training for the team)

- Participation in the development and implementation of HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy< /p>

- Support and development of the company's HR brand, ensuring a positive perception of the brand among potential and current employees

- Organization and conduct of one-on-one meetings with employees to discuss their development, issues and support

- Development of the corporate culture of the studio

- Collection, analysis and assessment of eNPS among employees to determine their satisfaction and involvement in processes

- Development, analysis and updating of HR business descriptions processes to improve their efficiency and the quality of the company's work

- Planning and performance review
