Who we are looking for: experience of working as an operator of the outgoing sales line, recruiter of mass selection; preferably - experience in the selection of sales personnel; confident command of the Ukrainian language; skills of conducting initial interviews; experience of working with programs (Excel , Word); a high level of activity, sociability and willingness to work non-stop. What you need to do: search for resumes on job sites; conduct telephone interviews; bring the candidate to the internal customer; maintain a candidate database, form a personnel reserve; accept participation in the development of the HR brand; formation and control of the budget, applications for payment; performance of other current management tasks.
