What tasks await you: searching for employees according to business requests (brand managers, sales managers, foreign workers, financiers and others) analysis of the labor market and salaries, adaptation of hired employees, participation in the processes of off-boarding, evaluation and training, organization of corporate events, efficiency management, internal communication, administration of health insurance for employees, participation in the construction of HR processes and HR- projectsWe are looking for a person who is in love with HR, loves recruitment and is full of ideas for the development of other HR functions. If you have successful experience in personnel selection (you have no experience in recruitment), you are our candidate. If you have experience working with other functions, this is an additional plus.
