Our mission: Empowering seamless transitions with care and efficiency, we move lives with precision and a commitment to excellence.PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including job posting, assessments checking and conducting first step interviews.Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.Undertake tasks around performance management.Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.KEY COMPETENCIES:At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.High level of written and verbal communication skills.High organizational and communication skills.Understanding of general human resources policies and proceduresAptitude in problem-solving.Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.Additional HR training will be a plus.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor degree in Management, Psychology or related fields will be beneficial; Minimum 1 years experience in a similar position.If this position caught your eye, send your resume!
