HR Manager in Everstar

The company is constantly growing, developing and improving work processes. The Human Resources department is currently expanding, so we are looking for an HR Manager. Necessary skills and experience: 2+ years of experience in the HR field; Real experience in organizing and implementing internal HR/Admin processes in the company; Basic knowledge of the basics of personnel administration; Willingness to implement changes and manage Future responsibilities: Creation, improvement and optimization of HR processes; Work with personnel department specialists; Organization of onboarding and off-boarding; Participation in team performance evaluation; Team development and various activities, development of corporate culture; Participation in various HR projects .Working conditions: Official employment; Vacation — 19 working days a year; Opportunity to propose and implement ideas; Constant development and expansion of expertise; An open and professional team that works with innovation.
