HR manager in DBS

What you will do:

Search and select candidates for various positions: copywriters, accountants, lawyers and others

Support newcomers in the team and help them quickly integrate

Work with CRM and systematize recruiting processes

Give feedback management: who shines and who needs support

What is important to us:

HR experience of 2 years or more

PC or laptop with Windows

Activity, responsibility and proactivity

Ability to analyze candidates and feel their potential

Salary up to UAH 20,000/month + bonus every open position

Fully remote work - work from anywhere
