HR Manager in FIORI

About the role

We are looking for an HR Manager who works not only with selection, but with teams.

We have two businesses in the same field:
— FIORI flower boutique network
— Exotic Flora flower wholesaler

These are different teams, different pace and approaches.
Therefore, we need a person who can think systematically and work with people on at different levels.

About us

FIORI is an international floristic company of the premium segment with a network of boutiques, specializing in designer bouquets, decor and event design.

The brand creates its own collections, focusing on global trends, and combines floristry with the aesthetics of art objects and high service. The company works in Ukraine and abroad, developing the areas of retail, event decor, training and consulting.

Exotic Flora is a wholesale and retail floristry company in Kyiv that works with cut flowers, plants, bouquets and decor for the floristic market.

The company combines B2C and B2B directions, focusing on a wide assortment, freshness of products and speed of work. The main focus is the availability, scope and efficiency of processes.
 
 

Main tasks

Recruiting:

• selection of personnel (florists, administrators, cashiers, managers and top managers)
• building a systematic approach to recruitment
• focus on quality candidates

 
Adaptation and training:

• organization of the process of adaptation of new employees
• participation in the creation of training programs
• team development

 
Working with teams:

• maintenance of a healthy working atmosphere
• solving internal issues and conflicts
• work with motivation
  
  

Teambuilding:

• organization of internal and external events
• development of team interaction

Standards:

• participation in the creation and implementation of work standards
• assistance managers in working with teams

Requirements

• 2 years of HR Manager experience
• recruiting experience
• experience in retail / beauty / creative areas is desirable
• understanding of staff adaptation and development processes
• systematic and responsible
• ability to work with different types of people

Will be a plus

• experience in building HR processes from scratch
• experience in organizing team building or internal events
• interest in team development, not just recruitment
