Human Resources Manager

We expect:

• Experience with personnel administration, electronic document management
• Knowledge of labor and personnel legislation
• confident PC user (Excel, 1C, M.E.Doc, PFU electronic services web portal)
• willingness to work on a 5/2 schedule

What needs to be done:

• Formation of hiring, transfer, dismissal of employees
• Formation and maintenance of personal files, staff lists, orders, journals
• Control over the correctness and relevance of personnel documentation
• Submission of reports to the PFU and the Tax Office
• Preparation of reports on personnel issues (if needed)
• Interaction with other units on personnel issues
• Employee consultation on labor relations issues
