HR manager in KES-UA Holding, TOV

We invite a HR Manager to our team.

Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in a similar position;

- knowledge of labor legislation;

- knowledge of legislation on military service and mobilization;

- personal qualities: attention to details, responsibility, sociability.

Responsibilities:

— recruiting and hiring of personnel — placement of vacancies, search for candidates, participation in interviews (there is no permanent need and staff turnover);

— management of personnel records (staff of 60 employees, leave, management of personal files, participation in the development of job instructions;

— maintenance of military records in accordance with current legislation (without reservation);

— preparation of some orders on basic and administrative-economic activities.

Working conditions

- work schedule: 09:00 to 18:00;

- office near Vystavkovy Center;

- official employment according to the Labor Code of Ukraine, timely payment of wages.
